Exploring the experiences of faculty of color working in a rural, predominantly White campus
Our study seeks to explore the experiences of faculty of color in rural settings. In specific, our study will examine current practices and policies operated at the micro (individual faculty of color’s experiences) and macro (departmental, college, and university’s administrative policies and the practices) levels in the context of social justice.
