By thoroughly researching the different techniques and approaches that the Walt Disney Company takes in its Public Relations efforts, this project provides an analysis of what has helped this company to create and maintain such tremendous success. Furthermore, this project makes the connection as to what smaller companies and organizations can learn from the Walt Disney Company in order to produce successful results with a significantly smaller budget. Small businesses and organizations can then better learn how to create and maintain relationships with all stakeholders by looking at some of the more “magical” principles of the Walt Disney Company.
