This project is particularly timely as new extractions projects are approved, causing the displacement of indigenous people and the increase in use of environmental resources.
Participant observation and formal/informal interviews.
Dissemination through Honor’s thesis, co-authoring of a publication, and a research presentation at the Rocky Mountain Council for Latin American Studies or the Association of American Geographers conference in spring 2018.
